Processing: If the order is successfully intercepted before it leaves our facility, we will process a 100% refund to your original method of payment. Please note that banking institutions may take a few business days to reflect the funds in your account.
2. Strict "No Refunds" Policy After Shipment
Because our products are physical, unique VHS tapes produced and shipped internationally from South Africa, we enforce a strict policy regarding shipped goods.

The Rule: Once your item has been dispatched/shipped from our facility, there will be absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances whatsoever.

Final Sale: All shipped sales are final. We do not offer refunds or replacements for buyer’s remorse, shipping delays beyond our control, local customs seizures, or compatibility issues (e.g., ensuring your VCR plays the correct region/format like PAL or NTSC is entirely the buyer's responsibility).

Tracking: An item is considered "shipped" the moment a tracking number is generated and the package is handed over to the courier or postal service.
3. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
We ship our VHS tapes from South Africa to the world.

Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the imported goods comply with their local country’s laws and import regulations.

Fees: Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not issue refunds if a package is abandoned, rejected, or destroyed by customs due to unpaid fees or local regulations.
